Sarah is originally from Kent, and it was here that she first started her dance training in 2007 at the Miskin Theatre. Sarah continued her dance training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she then graduated from in 2012 with a first class honours degree. Sarah then went on to become part of Transitions Dance Company and toured works by Lauri Stallings, Augusto Corrieri and Tom Dale under the direction of David Waring. Since completing her MA in Dance Performance Sarah performed as part of the “Laban event” 2013 (Switzerland, Ascona) and has performed works by Colin Poole and Alesandra Seutin with “State of Emergency”. She has recently finished performing in “The Internet Is Serious Business” at
The Royal Court Theatre (directed by Hamish Pirie). “The Deluge” is the first work Sarah has performed in with Lîla Dance.
